The unique location of the Goiserer Mühle, direct in the well maintained spa gardens of Bad Goisern, is a magical attraction to many of our guests. Our 4-star wellness hotel lies directly by the romantic babbling Mühlbach (mill stream), where you can watch the many fish and ducks swimming or simply dangle your legs in the stream. A particularly charming blend of tradition and modernity is reflected in the architecture, as well as in all the rooms of our house. The romantic parlour with old vaults is combined with contemporary furniture and modern art.
House with tradition
The origin of the Goiserer Mühle dates back to the year 1551. Since many decades, our house has been a cultural and culinary meeting place in Bad Goisern. Not only was the Emperor with his Sissy pleased to be a guest in the Goiserer Mühle. Rainer Maria Rilke also wrote a poem in 1896 to the "Mühle von Goisern". Catering - half board
Half board is not offered on variable rest days in the restaurant. If you want to enjoy half board at the price of € 34,00 on the day of arrival, you must order it by 12:00 noon at the latest. You are welcome to do this via telephone even when you are on the road. Otherwise an a la carte reservation is possible in the evening if there is free capacity.

Holiday in Bad Goisern on Lake Hallstatt
The wide and charismatic valley of Bad Goisern stretches out from Hallstatt in the south to Bad Ischl, the summer holiday resort of the emperor in the north. Discoveries dating back to the Stone Age and the Hallstatt period enable us to establish that there was a close contact with villagers from the surrounding regions.
