Our Heritage.Superior Rooms are in the houses Kainz and Seethaler and offer our guests a wonderful lake view and balcony.
The elegantly furnished rooms can be occupied by up to 3 adults alongside a lake view and balcony. In House Seethaler, the Superior room is one of the most beautiful rooms in our hotel. With big windwos to the lake and a small terrace, one hardly wants to leave the room.

The 4 Star Heritage.Hotel Hallstatt in Upper Austria's Salzkammergut region consists of a of three houses in the historic centre of Hallstatt - An exclusive hotel concept that integrates you magnificently into the ambience of the World Heritage Site of Hallstatt.
The Heritage.Hotel Hallstatt consists of a total of three houses which have been lovingly renovated with a great deal of effort. The time-honoured Haus Kainz (until 1898 Hotel Seeauer) awaits you directly by the landing stage. For a long time in previous centuries it was the leading hospitality establishment in the town.
The lovely Haus Stocker can look back over the longest history. It was built over 500 years ago, making it the oldest building in the centre of Hallstatt. Right next door, only a few paces away and also on Dr.-Friedrich-Morton-Weg, the doors of Haus Seethaler are always open to you. This building is over 100 years old. Our hotel has a total of 12 suites from 35 to 80 m2 and 42 doubles from 24 to 35 m2 in size.
Every room in the Heritage.Hotel Hallstatt has wonderful views and offers the prospect of delightful vacation days. - The center of Hallstatt is traffic calmed area. We recommend our guests to park at the car park P1. From there you can take the "Hallstatt Shuttle" to the city center. Cost € 18.00/24 hours. This can only be used free of charge with a valid parking ticket on arrival and departure.
Dogs are not allowed in the shuttle.
At the restaurant dogs are not allowed.
