he 1,000 m² garden features an outdoor pool heated throughout the year, a children’s playground with a trampoline, a bouncing castle, and a sunbathing lawn with sun loungers. For children aged 2 and older, Sommerhof offers free child care and a children’s club. Babysitting is available at a surcharge.
Spa facilities include 2 saunas for adults, a children’s sauna, and a hot tub. A sun bed and a selection of massages are available at an additional cost. The spacious rooms all offer mountain views, a seating area, a flat-screen cable TV, and a bathroom. Bathrobes for adults are provided free of charge.

Arrival and departure
• Arrival: from 3.00 pm
• Departure: by 10.00 am
• The Sommerhof-Sonnenpension begins with evening meal on the day of arrival and ends with breakfast on the day of departure.
Cancelltion
We are looking forward to seeing you, but not so seldom it comes differently than one thinks and the booked vacation must be cancelled or prematurely interrupted. The right of cancellation according to § 18 Abs. 1 Z. 10 FAGG does not apply in our hotel, instead the general terms and conditions for the hotel industry apply (http://www.hotelverband.at/down/AGBH_061115.pdf):
• Up to 3 months before your planned arrival, cancellations can be made free of charge.
• 3 months to 1 month before arrival : 40% of the reservation cost applies.
• 1 month to 1 week: 70% is payable.
• If you cancel within a week of planned arrival, 90% will be charged. 100% is payable in case of an early departure.
In order to avoid these costs and the irritation these can cause, we advise that you take out insurance which covers cancellation or early departure, and also mountain/helicopter rescue, eg with Hotelstorno. You can apply for insurance by clicking here: Travel Insurance
Payment
• There is a deposit necessary of 30%. We will charge your credit card in 1-2 days.
• The balance is payable 1 week before arrival.
You can pay your hotel bill (drinks, massages, local taxes ...) upon departure, either by cash or by Mastercard, Visa or debit card.
Reductions:
Where rooms are booked on a bed and breakfast basis, € 10,00 per adult per day will be deducted.
The tourism tax is € 3.00 per person/night (over 15 years)
Others:
• 2 full –price guests per room. Supplement for single occupancy in the double room, "Rotmoos" and „Tannenwald“ - € 30,00 per day
